Joseph J. Kehm is a member of the firm’s litigation section, where he represents a wide variety of clients during all stages of litigation, including trials, mediation, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kehm served as judicial clerk for the Honorable John V. Hendry of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Mr. Kehm's representation includes the defense of insurers and their insureds in automobile accidents and the representation of injured parties with respect to products liability and premises liability claims. Mr. Kehm has represented business owners with respect to breach of contract claims arising out of construction disputes and has counseled business owners with respect to business acquisitions, leases, and the protection of intellectual property.
