Cristina Fackler is admitted to practice law in the Federal Republic of Germany (inactive) as well as in the States of Nebraska and Iowa. She holds a law degree from the University of Cologne School of Law, Germany, and continued her legal studies at the Creighton University School of Law.
She is a member of the firm's litigation section, with a focus on the defense of insurers and insureds as first and third party claims involving wrongfuly death claims, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability actions, workers' compensation and claims involving arson.
Prior to joing the firm, Cristina successfully represented her clients in Germany in the courtroom and through all stages of litigation, in such areas as tort liability claims, product liability claims and breach of contract issues. She also previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the District Court of Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, as well as a Prosecutorial Law Clerk and a Law Clerk for the German JAG.
Cristina is fluent in Romanian, German and English, with a limited proficiency in Spanish.
