Joel Feistner is a member of the firm’s litigation section, where his practice focuses on the defense of liability claims against insureds throughout the state and federal courts of Nebraska. Mr. Feistner is involved in the defense of first and third party claims, including cases which implicate coverage under home, auto, and commercial general liability policies, and his practice further encompasses claims involving breach of contract, products liability, wrongful death, premises liability and claims against both the State of Nebraska and other political subdivisions in the State of Nebraska.

Mr. Feistner has been involved in complex multiparty litigation, including the defense of a manufacturer in a case involving alleged defective building material and construction practices in a large commercial development project. Mr. Feistner has more than 20 years of experience in all phases of the litigation process, including bench and jury trial, mediation, arbitration, and civil appeals.
